The NMS-SDM-IMX6ULL module is based on NXP i.MX.6ULL operates at frequencies up to 800MHz.
Module can be equipped with up to 512GB of DDR3 RAM, and eMMC memory with total capacity up to 16GB.
The NMS-SDM-IMX6ULL is aimed for data collecting systems through various peripheral interfaces with further transmission over Ethernet networks. Two Ethernet interfaces makes it possible, to use module as a router or a switch, easily integrated into the network infrastructure. Parallel in/out interfaces can be used for camera and display connection, combined with low power consumption and heat release, module can be used in portable devices (such as remote controllers, tablets, automated workstations). The presence of Linux for this module makes it easy to use open source software and an extensive user community for quick software adaptation.

The i.MX 6ULL is a power efficient and cost-optimized applications processor family featuring an advanced implementation of a single Arm Cortex-A7 core, which operates at speeds up to 900 MHz. The i.MX 6ULL applications processor includes an integrated power management module that reduces the complexity of an external power supply and simplifies power sequencing. Each processor in this family provides various memory interfaces, including 16-bit LPDDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, raw and managed NAND flash, NOR flash, eMMC, Quad SPI and a wide range of other interfaces for connecting peripherals such as WLAN, Bluetooth®, GPS, displays and camera sensors.
